If you're looking to lose a few pounds, consider using a bigger fork. During a recent study, two sets of diners ate using two different size forks, one of which held 20 percent more food. Those who ate with the larger utensil ate less of their meal. Researchers believe the smaller fork appears to make less of a dent in the meal, delaying hunger satisfaction.
Please excuse me while I go shop for a gigantic fork...
